Géraldine Thébault, flute

Géraldine Thébault is a diverse performer who is comfortable performing a wide musical repertoire. She has performed with numerous orchestras and ensembles including the National Orchestra of Belgium and has had the chance to accompany international soloists such as Bryn Terfel, Fabrice Millisher, Thierry Caens or the dancers of the Compagny Parts.

Inspired by her love of the performance of contemporary music and multidisciplinary collaborations she founded the Meigma collective in 2013.

Géraldine holds a master of interpretation from Royal Conservatory of Brussels as well as diploma status as a music teacher, Géraldine currently teaches in conservatories of Ile de France.

In 2014, she will premiere a new piece by Dionysios Papanicolaou for solo flute and electronics.
